Evening dining was available which was fabulous and very high quality. Breakfast was also excellent made all the more special looking out to the view of the Loch . "The Crags Hotel is conveniently located on the main street of Callander, making it easily accessible from the bus stop and surrounded by many activities. It was the cheapest option we found, as our goal was hiking, and we just needed a place to sleep. However, several issues made our stay mediocre to poor. Firstly, we booked through Expedia, but upon arrival, they didn’t have our reservation or any record of it. Two staff members, one at the bar and a waitress, couldn’t handle the situation and...

"Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend."
