"Interior del hotel muy bien decorado. Habitación amplia (7), cómoda y calentita. En el cuarto de baño había un problema de evacuación del agua de la ducha. Punto negativo, la manera de recibir ha sido un poco impersonal y hemos tenido que pagar todo con antelación cuando hemos llegado. Personal del desayuno muy simpático, muchas gracias a ella por sus sonrisas y su ayuda. Desayuno muy bueno y completo."

So friendly, approachable and even small touch like providing a large bowl of hot crispy roast potatoes whilst watching the Wales vs France rugby wonderful. "What a gem of a small, cosy hotel! I booked a small double, but we were upgraded to a suite with a sea view, as it was my daughters birthday. Beautifully clean, with white fluffy towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and a fridge! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable....very friendly, helpful, kind and very generous. My daughter was provided with a birthday cake, which i asked for their help for shopping for one as a surprise for my daughter.....they didn't even...

"The room was spotless,spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. It had a very large shower and bath. Shampoo was provided along with body wash and bath salts. The towels were spotless.The room had everything that you needed such as tea and coffee, buscuits and a hair dryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Would definately ho back and recommrnd to others."

I booked a pay on arrival at the hotel but 3 days beforehand the fee was taken from my bank account to pay a hotel with the same name, but 250 miles away. "Fantastic stay, cottage was beautiful, warm and cosy and the wood fired hot tub was amazing. Host has thought of everything and there are numerous nice touches in the cottage including little torches for the night. No kitchen facilités but plates and cutlery provided so you can get a takeaway and eat it in comfort. Would definitely stay here again "
