"Great location, great staff. Large property and thus a little wait time on the caddy pickup to get across but every person on the staff had the quintessential pahadi charm and generosity. "I recently stayed at Welcomhotel Katra for two nights. While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. To start with, the check-in process was disappointing. "Amazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around."

"I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation.
