"The housekeepers were great and super kind.
The FOH staff were NOT.
Room was OK- No Smart TV as I have had in previous occasions and 2 cockroaches in the room (I guess its the season for it)."

"We arrived and there was no one at reception. It looked as if the place had been abandoned. There was a message on the desk to ring a number for service and after two attempts the call went to voicemail.
My partner made another attempt to get a reply from that number. We received instructions on how to find our room which we eventually did. The room was ok but there was no wifi, neither of the bed lamps worked.
The bar and restaurant were closed and we did not see any staff during our stay....

"They put us in the wrong room. We paid for a larger room but only in the morning did the receptionist advise us of her mistake.
The room was comfortable and clean but I did slice my finger quite deeply on a broken tile around where a new shower head was installed. It was like a razor and needs to be fixed. We should also get a refund of the difference between the room I booked and the standard roomI received.
It is quiet, bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well."

"We were delighted to be upgraded to the executive suite on the Saturday night that we stayed. The room was spacious and comfortable and what should have been a great experience was spoiled by a group of inconsiderate noisy guests clomping around at all hours. The hot water wasn’t hot - lukewarm at best. Location was great."

"It was tricky to find where to check-in as the accommodation is right next to the bar next door. Don't go to the wrong one! Accommodation itself is a bit tired but does the job. Some features of the room were better than higher priced options e.g place to put your bag which is not the floor :) Dinner was excellent! Highly recommend. I would stay here again due to proximity to the excellent food option."

"This is an older style motel but the rooms are clean, roomy and the bed is comfortable with crisp, white sheets and pillows. Nothing fancy with this motel but everything works and for an overnight stay with a small dog, it is ideal. The only unusual element is that the office is not open for check-in. You call a phone number and a woman talks you through where to find the key and your room number. We didn't need to talk directly to staff so no problem for us."
