"We needed to really relax and this was perfect the whole two weeks we were there. About 50 yards from a beautiful beach, so the sound of the waves was always with us. Lots of greenery complete with monkeys, iguanas, and birds. We had some air travel trouble getting there, but out host (Lina) was always checking on us and made sure that we were taken care of. We had never been to this part of Costa Rica and we are both what could be charitably referred to as "elderly". Yet we never felt insecure...

"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"We consider ourselves fortunate to have the privilege of staying at this spectacular architecture designed home. The property has a master bedroom with attached ensuite as well as 2 additional bedrooms and an additional washroom. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with “extras” such as paper towels, napkins, salt, pepper, other spices, sugar and coffee. "La casa muy cómoda, muy limpia y muy bonita. La verdad que hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia. Perfecta para un grupo de 4. Nosotros viajamos en familia, 2 niños y 2 adultos. Volveremos seguro!"

"Driving to the property is about 95% paved road which is great. The property is plenty large for parking. The view of the ocean is the best every day. The home is very cute and comfortable, everything needed to accommodate is provided. 1 and a half bath with AC unit in the upstairs bed room. It can get pretty cold with the door closed. No one bothers you at all. Local Restaurants and stores are available. The beach is about 3/4 miles from home. Also has washing machine if needed."

"Logo’s place is small but just what I needed for myself. The driveway is hard to climb, as he mentions. Zibo’s communication is top shelf! Very responsive and always available to answer questions. The place was very clean and well organized.There was missing a functional outdoor space, which was a bit disappointing. Something that should be considered for a future upgrade.Great value for the money!Laurent"
