"The only down side is the house keeping, if you are going to stay long maybe you will need to hire someone to clean the room. Other than that the condo is in good conditions, clean and secure. Near main shopping areas, entertaiment and everythig is 10 minutes walk."

"The property has a modern touch. I loved the decor. The host was very nice and very accommodating. He always reached out to me and made sure that we were okay. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is even close to a supermarket. I enjoyed my stay there. "Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!"

"My overall stay was good and I enjoyed my stay. The condo looks exactly as pictured but I did think that it was going to be bigger than it was. I like the area. The host always responded timely when I had a question. The condo was secured with a security guard present 24 hours and gated access. "We enjoyed our stay immensely! Villa & grounds were absolutely beautiful! Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! "I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience."

"There's a lot to do inside of the property, shows, activities, games. Just pin your clothes adequately if put out to dry in the balcony. Lost some shorts and a shirt, don't know if it flew away and somebody took them, couldn't find it at the lost and found. Apart from that, we had a blast. Nothng negative to report.
