"El Condominio es un poco antiguo en relación a otros cercanos, pero tiene muchos puntos a favor: Está frente a la playa y en un corredor turístico bonito, alegre y con infinidad de servicios. "The authentic Mexican villa feel was exactly what we wanted, the view, location beautiful. The beds were very comfy and the complex is amazing, especially the rooftop plunge pool. The only 2 very minor issues were the very short showers due to maximum of about 4 minutes of hot water, and 2 out of 4 of us has wifi issues. But neither of these was a deal breaker. Highly recommend this villa and the host was easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for an awesome getaway."

"I can't speak highly enough of our experience at Hacienda and our concierge team. They were prompt, flexible, and knowledgeable. The condo was clean and lovely, and our breakfasts were delicious. The location was convenient to the beach clubs inside of the gate and the shopping and dining beyond the gate. We look forward to renting this unit again when we return to Punta Mita. "Spent ten days at the Casa Verde. It was very clean, the views where breathtaking. Very short Uber ride to Romatico Zona. There are some small local restaurants close in the neighborhood and worth your time. The Concha China Beach is an easy walk. Further there is a very nice compilation guide of walks and information. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to be away from the large resorts and desire peace and quiet. Finally, we felt very safe."
