Great location and view! It doesn’t get much better. Nice condo - very roomy and great layout. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! Kitchen was well stocked. Towels were super soft. Beds very comfortable! Communication with Hector was prompt and easy. Would like to return to this condo in the future.

What a spot! and what a stay. This Condo was beautiful!My family was lucky to stay here in November 2025. We definitely made some memories and spent quite a bit more time in the condo then we thought we would.Even though we found it a challenge the 1st day to figure out which building/elevators to take, we love the property. We felt so safe there. The view couldn't get any better.The place is well equipped, and Hector was so accommodating to our needs. If we ever get to come back to PV we will stay here again!

Great family vacation

The condo was perfect for my family! We loved the view of the ocean from our room. The condo was well stocked, with comfortable beds, and we loved that there was even beach toys for the kids. The pools were fantastic, and we loved having direct access to the beach.It was a great vacation-thank you for having us!

Amazing Property

Property is well taken care of , grounds are immaculate and the staff are wonderful. Amazing pools and location. A short taxi ride in either direction to both the Marina and the town center. Restaurant is very good .

A great place for family!

Our extended family enjoyed the entire stay: plenty of room and privacy for 5 adults. Hector, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful!! We appreciated all the amenities of the Grand Venetian.

Great vacation conda

We booked this for a week for 4 and it was great, everything we needed, Hector was fantastic and would definitely recommend to family and friends. The Grand Venetian is a beautiful condo complex, the ocean is steps away!

Lovely location

Location on the beach is hard to beat! Close to town for dinner but also near grocery store for lunch / breakfast items. Music next door is loud at night.

Fabulous condo

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay so much. The area was perfect. Just a short taxi ride to the Malecon and anywhere else. We had amazing food at the on-site restaurant. Thank you Francisco for your great service. Communication with the host was fabulous.

Amazing Condo!!

Our family of six (including 4 teens ages 16-18) had an amazing stay! The condo was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room. Perfectly located near the beach, airport, marina and shopping. Would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Christine!

A Gem in PVR

The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the close proximity of restaurants, grocery stores and La Isla mall. Pools were clean and plenty of chairs. Restaurant and staff on site were fabulous. Definitely planning a trip back!!

Luxurious Oceanfront Condo: Spacious Elegance with Stunning Views

Our stay at this oceanfront condo in Puerto Vallarta was exceptional. The spacious layout with 3 large bedrooms, provided tons of room for our family. The breathtaking ocean views from the condo were matched by the 4 super chill Infiniti pools, which were perfect for taking for relaxing and taking in the the scenery. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and shopping. The hosts were incredible welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking to experience the best of Puerto Vallarta.

Excellent place to stay in

We were very pleased with the property and the property managers of this condo. Everything we needed were available. We all enjoyed the pool and the restaurant by it had great food and drinks. The staff were all very nice and helpful as well. We loved not being in the bustle of things at the Romantic zone, but also loved that it is just a quick Uber away. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful property and excellent host

Hector and Christy were amazing hosts. Our vacation was disrupted by the September 19 earthquake, but we were looked after so very well by our wonderful hosts. We were so thankful for their attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend!

PV Resort Condo

Excellent property that easily accommodated our party of 5 needs. Well equipped kitchen made preparing and serving meals quick & easy, plenty of room for privacy or hanging out with others. Uber friendly, taxis out front gate, steps to public transportation. Great views of the city, beaches, and pool. Hector was able to meet special requests for both checkin & checkout. Highly recommend.
