"All is good except the Lift! We were at 33A, there no chance of get in! Need to squeeze in 1 family member at a time and all meet at the level where our car was parked. The whole process took about 1 hour! No joke. The management need to look into this… "

In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend."

"Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment."
