"Excellent and friendly customer service. The ‘room’ is clean, simple and comfortable. It’s all I need. Toilet is clean. There are massage chairs to chill at the common area. Will definitely choose this place again if i have to transit."

"The capsules are really neat! The hostel itself has a good view of the ocean and sun sets. The staff were incredible and so helpful! They give great travel advice. Some of the lights on buttons inside the capsule are really bright and cant be turned off so I recommend bring some tape to cover them. "

"Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."

"The capsules were very clean and comfortable. Reception desk associates were friendly and accomodating. 7-11 is around the corner, much as several local cafes/eateries. Imago mall is ~10 minutes walk (take a shortcut via Jalan Kemajuan)."

"Little place, and a bit hidden. Nice staff, rather helpful. Kitchen & bathrooms need improvement and cleaning. Cubicle private & comfortable, great space for securing the luggage & belongings. Normal breakfast. "

"Semporna noxes el mejor lugar de malasia. Yo lo usé solo de transito, en general esta bien. Las condiciones de los baños no son buenas y estan en general sucios. Las capsulas estan muy bien. Aunque mucho ruido, en general todos los huespedes son chinos. Como en todo semporna. "

"Friendly staff, very willing to help guide you to where you need to go and what tours you need to take. Capsules are very clean and come with two USB outlets and multiple light settings. The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature. The location is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KK, but that creates a nice enjoyable walk. "Overall, it was a good experience staying in this type of hotel, a hostel but with full privacy. Very comfy to sleep on. Only 2 very important point for them to improve. 1: the bathroom on the other level is not really convenience, and then the bathroom got no place to hook or hang your cloth or towel. Need to be carefully think of. 2: WiFi, there is wifi BUT without speed at all, closely to none. These 2 points need to be improved then it can become a perfect place to stay. The minor thing is...
