The location is excellent close to a bus stop, and restaurants. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach several beautiful beaches and a long seaside promenade. Parking is provided for guests.

• One family room featuring a queen-size bed and two single beds, perfect for families
• A comfortable sofa bed in the living room for the 9th guest

One of the highlights of this penthouse are two large private balconies, fully furnished with tables, chairs, and cozy egg chairs perfect spots for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon sun, or unwinding in the evening.

Each room, as well as the living room, is equipped with a large TV with Netflix, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows in comfort.

The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay easy and stress-free, including a modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and even a dryer.

For additional entertainment, guests can enjoy table football, making it a great space for both relaxation and fun.

Several beaches are just a 10-15 minute walk away, along with many bars, restaurants, and a shopping center. A long seaside promenade stretches for several kilometers nearby. A pharmacy and bus station are also close by.

Public transportation is available nearby, but we recommend using a taxi or Uber as it is the simplest and most affordable way to get around. Private parking is available in front of the building.
