Located in the Cabo Zorritos condominium, just 35 km from Tumbes Airport, this spacious villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and tropical charm — ideal for families and groups of friends looking for rest and connection by the sea.


Spacious and Comfortable Beachfront Living

The villa accommodates up to 14 guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional guest restroom.
Every space has been designed for relaxation — from the cool interiors to the soft natural light that filters through large ocean-facing windows.

Enjoy a cozy TV lounge with smart TV, DirecTV, Netflix, and Disney+, as well as a second Smart TV in the master suite. The main living room features comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the terrace and pool area — the perfect setting for family gatherings or a quiet sunset moment.


Dining and Kitchen

The villa’s fully equipped open kitchen includes everything you need for a home-style meal for up to 15 guests.
There’s a main dining table for 10, plus an outdoor dining space on the terrace and an additional side table for larger groups.

Guests can also hire our local cook, known for delicious Peruvian and northern-style dishes, as well as cleaning staff for daily or occasional service (available for an additional fee).


Outdoor Living

Guest Access and Rules

- Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including pool, terrace, and beach area.
- The number of guests must match the reservation — no parties are allowed.
- Pets may be considered upon request and additional fee.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Before check-in, a copy of the main guest’s ID or passport is required, as well as a list of all guests (including children and ages).
- For your safety, the property features security cameras (facing the beach and main entrance only).
