"Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "

"El hotel está limpio, y con ambiente agradable. Aunque la zona no es la mejor, ya que alrededor hay zonas que parecen inseguras por la drogadiccion (también entiendo que esto no depende del hotel). La habitación estaba muy limpia, y en general cómoda, aunque las almohadas están demasiado suaves. El personal siempre me trato de forma muy amable y accesible"
