"Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage."

"Staff amazing-nothing was too much trouble. Close to train. A great stay."

"We got upgraded to the family room, which was more spacious. Towels were fluffy and clean. Hot water in the shower was great! Overall convenient hotel location."

"The pillow and bedding was dirty like yellow when the blankets was white. The air filter was so poor. The price is average but the rooms was very very small."

"Todo excelente!"
