Crowded with touristy crap and sub par restaurants, I would skip it. It served as a marker for me to keep track of where I was.
VERY touristy. Would recommend checking out the other Ramblas and pedestrian walks as alternative.
Pickpocketing and harassment runs rampant
Spent alot of time on this street going to different restaurants, bars and Flemenco shows. Make sure you also go down to the waterfront and visit the pier!
Great to walk down one day or night, but it's a huge tourist trap--lots of people trying to sell you stuff on the street; food not good along here. Not fresh, it's shipped in. If you are a foodie, do not seek great dining options along this main drag through Barcelona.
