"Never received the access codes via email or text message had to call when I arrived. Heaters didn’t work the entire time we were there. I notified them and never got a response. Wasn’t completely clean inside. Inside Microwave and Inside of Oven were both dirty. Had to buy sponges and garbage bags to help me clean. I would not stay here again. "

"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation.
