Your comfortable holiday apartment, Brigantine, located on the ground floor of the Kapitän Parow Residence on Friedestraße, is very close to the town center and not far from the sea. Owners Monique and Bernhard Kirchner have lovingly and carefully furnished the apartment for your most precious days of the year.

The furnishings and decor have been very thoughtfully selected. Nothing is lacking, so you'll feel right at home and comfortable.

Terrace with beach chair, 60-inch Smart TV, additional TV in the bedroom, fully automatic coffee machine (TASSIMO series), bicycle shed with e-bike charging, complimentary binoculars, and much more.

The approximately 50 sq m (500 sq ft) ground-floor apartment offers high-quality furnishings throughout.

From the entryway, you enter the living room with a high-quality sofa, armchair, 60-inch Smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette.

Next door is the bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe, and TV, as well as the attractive bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A small storage room is also available.

The sun terrace features a garden table, four chairs, a parasol, and a high-quality beach chair.

Parking space number 1 and a bicycle storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes are available.
