"Great staff made sure I feel welcome on my arrival. First my booking was not to be found on their system and they went above and beyound finding it even stayed a few mins after 10pm. Desk is not attended after 10pm. Room quite big and very clean and bed very cosy. "

"Rooms are clear and stuff is very friendly and helpful."

"The location is good, but this is not a hotel to stay and feel confortabil as you can hear everything from outside and the other rooms due the poor noise isolation. The internet is terrible, staff still learning and poor breakfast! "

"Escala is a great hotel. Small, with excellent service by owners Adrian and Claudia. What I especially liked is that they provided me with customized suggestions for what I might like to see in town, something that Google Maps or Claude would not have been able to do. I hope to return to Cluj and if so will certainly stay at Escala again."

"Buen lugar para quedarse!"

"Great room and good breakfast. We really recommend the hotel for people with no problem to climb stairs. The location is perfect. Exceeded my expectations. Great value for money"

"Really clean and very quiet loads of things near by and excellent buses to Cluj could not fault our stay we will be back"
