    Para llegar a nuestra casa tendrá que bajar 32-44 escaleras. Se encuentra en un gran vestíbulo privado compartido con otra unidad. Al ingresar a la casa, el dormitorio de invitados está a la derecha, con el espacio principal frente a usted. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size, futón y baño privado. La sala de estar principal, que incluye la cocina y el bar, tiene vistas a la bahía de Zihuatanejo, Playa La Madera, Playa Municipal y el muelle. Hay buena conexión WiFi en todo el condominio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición inteligente de 32 "y baño privado. Ambos baños tienen duchas grandes. Ambas habitaciones tienen puertas correderas que ofrecen una vista de la bahía de Zihuatanejo. El espacio de vida principal es al aire libre, lo que permite que la brisa del mar y los sonidos fluyan a través del condominio. En la sala de estar hay muchas opciones de asientos, desde el cómodo sofá grande hasta los taburetes de la cocina, la silla de huevos, las tumbonas o su hamaca.     Nos encanta la ubicación porque está a poca distancia de Playa La Ropa, Playa La Madera y Centro (muchas tiendas y restaurantes). Siempre hay algo que hacer y algo que hacer. Más masajes en la playa por 200 pesos, cervezas por 25 pesos y margaritas Happy Hour por 35 pesos. ¡La vida es genial en Zihua!

20 Year Anniversary

Stay was amazing. Property owners met us when we arrived and spent 20 minutes with us reviewing the property and the area. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Zihua. We will definitely be back

The perfect tropical getaway!

Stunning, sweeping views of the bay where you are just steps from the malecon boardwalk and playa Madeira and all that Zihuatenejo has to offer. Perfectly situated between the 3 incredible beaches and so many restaurants, all just a short stroll away! This is our second time staying at Casa de Ali and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a great week at Matt and Ali's Casa Ali. The condo is in an amazing location, view was stunning and all elements of the condo great - we would definitely stay again and can't wait to return! We love Zihua!

Matt and Allies place was fantastic. Such a nice breeze every day that we really didn't need the ac. Nice location very close to food and drinks and view was awesome

Beautiful Condo Right on Madera Beach

This was our first trip to Zihua after many years visiting Cabo San Lucas. The four of us (two couples) were very comfortable at Casa Ali. Matthew and Ali were attentive and very quick to answer any questions during our stay. The condo has to be one of the few places that is right on the beach and also located perfectly for a short walk into town or quick visit to Playa Ropa. There were also a number of nice restaurants within two minutes of the front door to the complex. It was like the perfect package for a nice one week retreat from the world. We hope to return in the near future.

A peaceful week in paradise

Such a great week in a wonderful spot so close to everything. The condo was set up beautifully and it was great to have our own space to relax. We ate most meals overlooking the bay, feeling the ocean breeze and enjoying the amazing view. Matt and Ali made everything easy and we will most certainly return!

Fabulous place in every way.

This was our first visit to Zihua and it won’t be our last. Matt answered all our questions in a timely manner and arranged for a guide to orient us to the area. The property itself has a stunning view and it is in a great location. Highly recommend.

Great attention to detail

Very accurate and thorough description. Host was very responsive and trip went smoothly. Great location walking distance to Centro and Playa Ropa. Unit had all the basics covered. Binder was very helpful.

Gorgeous Bay View

Exceeding our expectations, Matt and Ali’s Casa Kau Kan suite was located at one end of the beach with a sweeping view of Playa La Madera, Playa Municipal, the fishing boats, the dock and the hills beyond. We spent hours watching the waves, the birds, the people and life in the bay from the open air living space as well as from the pool above. We almost always had the infinity pool to ourselves ( in May) to cool down, sit in the sun poolside, or read in the shade. We had planned to do some tours but there was so much to do and see in the immediate area that we ended up just walking and exploring Centro Zihuatenejo and the local beaches of Playa La Madera, Playa La Ropa and Playa Las Gatas for our 2 week stay. We would sometimes take a water taxi back from Las Gatas to Centro. There are so many great restaurants in Centro that we mainly ate out and would take the short walk along the Malecon (seawall) into town, which is well lit and safe at night. The suite is really well appointed with air conditioning in both bedrooms, showers in both bathrooms, a complete kitchen and a comfortable couch area for the 4 of us to play cards or just lounge. For us with our 2 young adult kids, this was the perfect space and location. Both Matt and Leonel the caretaker were readily available for any questions. We will back for more sun, great food and snorkelling. Thanks so much, Sheilagh and Spencer

Best place to chill

Well situated condo close to beach and centro. Very clean and private. The view is priceless. The trees around the unit are where birds perch. So “zen”..

Spectacular view, great location

Our visit to Mathew’s property could not have been better. The building staff (Hugo) was a big help and always available. A bonus is that Mathew also has a local caretaker (Lionel) was available to us 24/7 and introduced us around town and made sure we knew where all the locals shop and eat. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Love This Place!

My husband & I stayed at Casa di Ali for three weeks during January/February 2019 and had an amazing trip. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. The view is spectacular both day and night. Matt & Ali were so accommodating and made our stay effortless. The pool is beautiful and the staff at Kau Kan extremely helpful. The kitchen is very well stocked but we didn't use it much only because the eats and drinks in Zihua are fabulous. We loved to make the easy walk into town for dinner and take a quick taxi ride back to soak in the night view. Another great trip to Zihua....we will be back!!

Modern, well appointed, roomy two-bedroom with stunning view. Great location, walk to everything.

We stayed here for a month, 10 days of which we shared with another couple. Definitely a top-notch condo with fantastic view and in a great location! We could walk downstairs to Madera beach for a swim in two minutes, and be at two other beaches or downtown in 15 minutes. The pool, seldom used by others it seems, is just above and features a great lounge area and that same stunning view. The condo was very clean, and was kept so by maids during our stay, and has everything you need. Matt and Ali have a great manager when they're away - friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to show you around if you so choose. When they arrived, Matt and Ali made themselves available to help or answer questions as needed, but never imposed themselves. We definitely recommend this roomy, comfortable condo. It was quite hot when we were there but the excellent fans and the bedroom air conditioners made us perfectly at ease. We don't usually give five stars , but this place has it all! We'll be back.
