We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. The apartment stays fairly cool due to the direction it faces and concrete design. The kitchen had an assortment of pot’s and pans so we could make simple meals. The host was very attentive when we needed some help. The beach was very close however, you have to walk up and down 76 stairs. We thought the entire complex was very clean and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We hope to return someday.

Property is spotless and provides shady afternoons on patio. Maintenance crew is superb and helped with one of two little problems. Highly recommend. Within walking distance of great beach restaurants and taxis are indecently cheap. I loved every moment here!

First time in Zihau

Oscar (host) and Sylvia (house keeper) are the best. Our place was very clean and Sylvia made sure it stayed that way throughout our stay.Oscar was quick to respond to our concerns and requests.The complex itself is very well kept and the pool area is fantastic. The master bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and ensuite.Sylvia also cooked for us one night which was fabulous and we would recommend that.All in all we enjoyed our first trip Zihuatanejo

Close but away from it all

The place itself is as advertised- lots of space, clean, everything works well and very comfortable. The property is a bit of a hill to reach on foot but not bad. The proximity to the beach and restaurants allowed us to feel tucked away while easily getting where we needed to. The host and staff were friendly and I'd definitely return.

Birthday Weekend

My daughter and I went to Zihua to celebrate my birthday. Oscar’s 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us. The unit was clean and comfortable. He was very easy to communicate with and even helped us reserve transportation from the airport so we would have a driver that knew exactly where to take us. As stated in many reviews - the path to the beach is steep with many steps. I would stay here again.

Absolutely this property was as advertised. Beautiful location. Oscar is a great host and very responsive. Silvia cleans the unit and is available to cook amazing meals. We will definitely go back to this condo. We were there for one month and no regrets.

The views are amazing, the unit is clean, quiet, peaceful, great in every way. You get your daily exercise easily with either the steps to the beach or our frequent walks to town, which is a good thing! Oscar is very helpful and the housekeeping is over the top. We will return!

This is a great little get away in a gem of a little town in Mexico. Perfectly located at the far end of Ropa beach, it's a great spot to explore the beach and the town. Very clean and well-appointed. Oscar is amazing and Sylvia's cooking is first rate. Regular cleaning and attentive service abound. Walk down the 75 stairs to the beach and you're right in the heart of Ropa Beach, where there are more locals than tourists - always a good sign. Thanks Oscar. We'll be back.

Oscar’s condo was a nice place to enjoy our visit to Zihua. The shady patio was a welcome relief after a day at the beach! Lovely getaway in quiet Play La Ropa

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Although a bit removed from the town of Zihuatanejo, the proximity to Playa La Ropa was fantastic - a quick 5 minute walk to the tranquil beach. We loved exploring the local beachfront restaurants, La Perla was our favorite. My friend and I used this condo as a remote work spot for a few days to extend our time in Mexico, and it was great for that. It had all the necessary amenities and strong wifi to allow us to work. I do wish the house had a desk to work at, but we made do by working on the patio which was lovely. A couple minor drawbacks: - The place only has a washer, no dryer, so it was not ideal for getting laundry done. - One of the showers wasn't draining properly while we were there, so we both had to use the master bedroom shower (not a big deal) Despite those drawbacks, we really loved the place and the owner was very helpful whenever we had questions. Hope to go back soon!

Spacious patio and nice view.

The pictures are accurate. Property was clean with good air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Oscar was very responsive if things were missing or broken (wine glass and TV). Oscar was unaware of these items and replaced them within a day which was awesome. Staff are very friendly. Having bottled water supplied is a big plus. The pool is great, and never busy during our 7 week stay. When Oscar realized we would like a beach umbrella and chairs he had them purchased for the condo. (They were not listed as amenities when we booked). We had Sylvia come cook a number of times and her food was amazing and very reasonably priced. It is a little bit of a workout coming back from the beach (up hill and steps) but it helps wear off the food and drink. There are always taxis down at the beach you could take up to the condo, but we chose to get the exercise. Thanks Oscar and team for a great vacation.

It was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was a ten minute walk to a sweet relaxing beach called La Ropa. Lot's of restaurants and I was even able to find an almond milk latte and vegan food and be surrounded by lots of Mexican Culture. My friend and I loved it and would stay there again.

Awesome stay in Playa La Ropa!

Lovely property located in Playa La Ropa. Oscar was extremely accommodating and always quick to respond to our questions, as it was our first trip to Zihuatanejo.
