Thank you for your review Tiana. We apologise for the issues with the shower, we have since checked the shower and things seem to be in working order. There is also a Do Not Disturb function on the back of the door that can be activated so the cleaners know not to enter the room. We are always available per email, so please inform us next time of your issues during your stay so we can help you.

Hi Donald,Thank you for your review. It is a shame you did not your enjoy your first and last self check-in experience. Because of our self check-in concept this concept, it allows us to have less staff, therefore providing one of the most competitively priced accommodation options in Zermatt. That being said, we do have onsite staff that are there from time to time to say hello, and you would have certainly seen us had you stayed longer tha one night. You are also provided with our email address should you need to contact us at any time during your stay.

Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. We try to accomodate late check-outs when possible. If not, it is always possible to leave your luggage in our ski room to pick up later.

Hi Siva,Thank you for your review. With regards to the shower, we use energy saving showers that are used by many hotels across the world. The length of the running water is 30 seconds, after which time the shower can easily be restarted by pushing the button. We make it very clear, in your confirmation and check-in email, that we are self check-in hotel with no reception. This is also reflected in the price you pay for the room. Our phone number is reserved for emergencies, however you are provided with an email address where you can reach us should you have any issues. There is also an online portal where can request room repairs during your stay. This is how most of our guests reach us so we can solve the issue as soon as possible. We do not remember our 'exact' response quite as you do, but we still do recommend a hotel with a 24 hour reception may be more suitable for your next visit to Zermatt.
