The barrier-free and stepless entrance with elevator allow older and people with disabilities a pleasant holiday stay. Also for the little ones is taken care of, a nice playground is just around the corner. On the grounds there is a communal barbecue area and a laundry room with washer and dryer (laundry service available = 2 hours for 2.50 ���).

Very nicely furnished apartment with a large corner balcony overlooking the pine forest. The 2-room apartment is infinitely and barrier-free to reach. The apartment is open all year for max. 3 people and a toddler until 2 years rented. Your new holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating, nice kitchen and LCD TV. The beach is just 150m and small shops, restaurants and the small harbor in Zempin are within walking distance.
