"My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us"

Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. "Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. "Absolutely disappointing experience! Rooms are very inconvenient, very hot nor air conditioning system in the rooms and the entire hotel. matrices and bellows are very bad and inconvenient, very old furniture. The hotel has only one elevator and which is always busy because all guests are using it. They don’t help the hotel’s guests with their luggages and ask them to carry their luggages themselves which is very rude. Very slow check in and check out process. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. "
