"Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!"

Cleaning personnel in the hallways at 6:30, and marching into the room using their key without knocking at 08:30. Unhelpful and unfriendly receptionists on various occasions. "
