The house is hidden from view with just a doorway from the road, opening up to reveal a lovely home with a fantastic pool area. The house was really clean and well equipped. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly. We really enjoyed our holiday in Zejtun. Thank you!

Great pool, great house!

The house and pool were wonderful, exactly what we needed. The location is a little away from everything, but still very close to a market, cafe, etc. We did not have a car and we used Bolt to get around, and Wolt for restaurant and grocery delivery, and it was perfect. Our reservation was mistakenly made (by me) for only two adults, so only one big bed was prepared and only two towels. Just be sure to be clear on how many people are in your party and let the host know if you prefer sleeping in two beds. Also, they will need to come by to check the pool every 3-4 days and this was communicated to us 15 minutes before they showed up. My recommendation is to be proactive and schedule when they will be coming by so there are no surprises and you do not have to change your vacation plans to accommodate theirs. We also had to reach out to find out arrival instructions. Just be proactive and communicate early with the host. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Bon accueil. Maison confortable,bien équipée,située dans un petit village typique,loin des flots de touristes. Population et commerces locaux très accueillants et avenants . Jolie maison pour l'été

La maison est conforme à la description et aux avis. Seul bémol : On parle d'un jaccuzi mais celui-ci n'est pas chauffé. C'est celui qui est attenant à la piscine, qui n'est pas chauffée non plus). Vu les autres commentaires, ça ne pose pas de problème l'été ; mais pour nous qui somme venus en février, ça aurait été rédhibitoire si j'avais sût. J'espère que ce commentaire renseignera de futurs éventuels voyageurs.

First trip to Malta

The property is generously proportioned and is as described in VRBO. It was spotlessly clean as was the pool and surrounding outside areas. There is some building work going on next door but this did not impact our stay in anyway. We did not have any problems with ants but did have an issue with flies one evening. We worked this out to be related to the Organic waste bin which was due for collection the next day. So we moved it away from the table area for the rest of the evening. There are refuse collections most days and Sandra has noted the bins to show what gets collected when. Although we couldn’t find anything for bottles. We had a hire car for getting around the island and the Maltese do not seem to abide by any rules of the road especially at roundabouts. This was obviously not under Sandra control but just feel other visitors need to be aware. There is a Covenience Store about 5 mins walk away they have gluten free items and Lidl is a short drive for everything else. Malta has a fascinating history and is well worth a visit. The property is only 15 mins from the airport.

Nice Villa and helpful host but not a tourist hotspot

The Villa itself was very nice and clean and had all as required from pool to air con to Wi-Fi. Overall a nice Villa and Sandra was very helpful. The 4 stars (not 5) was marked down to 3 things. One being a lot of ants outside and inside the property which became a pain with food etc, more control of this needed. Secondly the area is very Maltese local and no restaurants close by, the local fishing town is 20-25 minutes walk but restaurants not great. We ended up driving to Valletta for meals out. Finally there is little or no parking near the Villa so hiring a car which is needed is tough to park anywhere close. Overall the Villa is great but the other factors impacted a relaxing holiday.

Family Funtime!

What a lovely stay! The welcome pack of fruit, water and ice-cream on arrival were a nice touch. The whole family enjoyed the pool to the full. Spacious property in a pretty area with very good access to public transport and conveniences. Thank you!

Tolle Location

Sehr schönes Haus mit schöner Sitzgelegenheiten draussen am kleinen Pool. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht allzu groß aber völlig ausreichend. Die Angaben über die Anzahl von Badezimmern ist etwas geschönt, es gibt tatsächlich 3 Badezimmer, das 3. Badezimmer kann aber nur durch eines der Schlafzimmer und das daran direkt angeschlossene Badezimmer betreten werden was es eigentlich nicht, oder nur sehr schwer nutzbar macht. War für uns kein Problem aber wir hatten uns das Haus auch wegen der 3 Badezimmer ausgesucht. Das Haus war Pico Bello sauber und es hat alles funktioniert, Sandra war eine freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Einkaufen in der Nähe ist kein Problem, für den Supermarkt ist ein Auto aber notwendig. Wir können das Haus und Sandra als Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen.

Relaxing holiday

We all thoroughly enjoyed our break in the villa, the pool was ideal, our kids loved their time here. The villa has everything you need and is very well equipped. The villas location is great for getting around Malta, zejtun is a quiet village with supermarkets, a butcher and bakery near by. Sandra was very quick to respond to any of our query’s. Thanks for a great break!!

Maltese Magnificence

Pictures can't express how amazing Sandra's place is. This was such a cool experience. We especially loved hanging in our own private pool. We loved the place so much we decided to spend 2 of our three days in Malta relaxing. It's conveniently located. 10 minute walk to a supermarket, dining, and busses which take you to boats and tours. Or use the eTaxi app which works just like an Uber. Sandra was very accommodating and I highly recommend this place.

Good experience overall

Good communication and very welcoming. AC kept up with high heat wave fine. Parking was awful. Sometimes had to park 10 minutes away. Well worth renting still. Lovely place!

Getaway in Malta

Sandra the host was terrific! The pool area was very private and my favorite part. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was a little bit away from things and in a very traditional area. We had a car and parking was a challenge but we had fun!
