"Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "The apartment was extremely clean and felt completely brand new. The self check-in was very easy with secure code access. The location is perfect. just one minute from the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. Also communication with the owner was smooth and very helpful. A special thank you to Monika for kindly allowing us a late check-out until 1pm — we really appreciated it. "

"Wonderful place to stay. Lovely. But we picked it hoping it would be an easy one night stay before departing Malta. The taxi driver we had arranged for in advance stood us up and we were really, really lucky to find an alternative way to get to the airport in time. So stay someplace else for your last night on Malta. Otherwise, this place is super!"

"Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. "I could not have been happier with this flat! Excellent location, photos of the view do not do it justice. Easy access to buses and water taxis. Howard and Audrey are lovely, responsive, and very genuinely wanting us to enjoy ourselves and checking that we were comfortable and settled in. This flat is a true gem, and I will absolutely return. This made my long-desired trip to Malta better than I could have ever imagined."
