Apartamentos muy tranquilos y muy bien equipados. Servicio y comunicación con la recepción muy fluida y atenta. Segunda vez que estoy aquí y volveré más veces.

Fantástico apartamento. Espacioso. Moderno. Con todos los servicios necesarios como si estuvieras en tu casa. Bien situado en pleno centro de la ciudad. Repetiré seguro!!!

Apartamento perfecto.
El apartamento es muy moderno y cómodo. Hemos ido 5 y hemos estado perfectamente. Todo muy limpio. La decoración moderna y bonita. La atención del personal excelente. Muy bien situado.

It was basically fine, communication needs work.
Well located and adequate once you find where to park. Zero instruction on how to find parking. Supposedly no smoking in building. However, the common areas reeked of cigarette smoke. No hooks or racks to hang bath towels. No waste bins in the bathrooms. Expected better.

Very convenient property for pretty much everything The train station is on the edge of the city, so we got a taxi in, but otherwise the city is walkable for almost everything There are loads of bars and restaurants, museums, sights and good shopping close by Security is fine, code needed for the doors, no troublesome keys The cleaners, who are excellent and are in the block most days, do not come into the flat but can supply clean towels if needed and are a useful point of reference The flat is just the right size for a short break and if one wants it, the bar across the street serves breakfast We had a very enjoyable and successful stay and would recommend this accommodation

I love this place
This place is literally in the center of Zaragoza and incredibly close to everything you might need or want.We loved our 2 days here. We checked out and were on a train to Barcelona and I was messaged that my wife left her purse.We arranged to have it picked up. The owners went above and beyond to return it to us intact.I love this place and you will too

Let's start with the good things: -the apartment is well located near the main shop and touristic attractions. - quiet and safe - Zara, the staff in charge is very helpful and she will try her best to make it a convenient stay. Didn't like: - the apartment was not so clear (dusty) and dining chairs were not clean - the apartment doesn't have an A/C so sometimes it's hot at night and you need to open the window - there's a sex shop down the bldg and this might not be convenient for families with kids or middle eastern families I tried to be reasonable as much as I can

The property itself is good but we were given notice that the elevator was broken and that we were placed in the 3rd floor the day before our arrival. We, however asked in the building and it seems like the elevator had been broken for quite a few days already, which they should have probably know. Why wait until the very day before our arrival to let us know? The other thing we did not like was the temperature control in the apt. It was very cold out (like 32 F or 0 Celsius but inside the temp would be 23 or 24 C and there was no way to lower it other than opening the windows. Otherwise there would not be air circulation and air would become too rare and uncomfortable to sleep well, which is what happened to the four of us the 2 nights we stayed. The apt itself is nice and the area is also very good.

Hello Pedro, thanks for your comments, but we will be nicer if you say the truth… your reservation was for the 4th January and we advise you about the elevator the 30th December… So 6 days before your arrival… and you already answer it the same day… Ofcourse the apartment has air circulation all day… and the heat it’s radiant floor and you would be able to change to the temperature you liked… Thanks and have a great travel back

Uma ótima escolha...
Embora tenha tido problemas com o check-in (não me enviaram o código de entrada no apartamento a tempo), depois de 1h e meia tudo foi resolvido e me instalei no Silken Casa Platerias, do qual gostei muito. Peguei o quarto 3A, no 3o andar, de frente para a rua, o que achei ótimo. O apartamento era dividido em sala/cozinha, banheiro e quarto, o espaço era muito bom, cama bem confortável assim como o sofá da sala, aquecimento funcionando bem, cozinha muito completa e banheiro excelente, além da máquina de lavar roupa que acabei não utilizando. A localização era perfeita, pois estava no centro de tudo, pertinho da Basílica da Virgem do Pilar, além do Mercado de "Navidad". Comércios, restaurantes, lojas, supermercados todos muito perto e em grande número, além da facilidade de acesso aos museus, igrejas, etc... Vale a pena visitar a Catedral e o Palácio da Aljafería...
