Holiday Home 'Tine Am Schlossberg' with Wi-Fi

The 75 m² holiday home in Zandt accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs, you will find 2 cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Each floor has a bathroom with a washbasin, and the ground floor features a private kitchen with a dishwasher. The newly renovated living area includes a fireplace. Wi-Fi and a private TV are at your disposal.



Enjoy the furnished terrace and the small, fully fenced garden—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful mountain views. The house is quietly located, surrounded by meadows, woods, and fields.



A shared parking space for one vehicle is available, and one pet is allowed. Events are not permitted.



In the charming village, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: restaurants, butcher, supermarket, bank, gas station, doctor, dentist, hairdresser, and many other shops. The tourist information office is also in the village. The spa town of Bad Kötzting is just a few minutes away and offers a wide range of wellness facilities with indoor and outdoor pools, various saunas, a spa park, and a casino. For affordable shopping, the Czech border is about 25 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling trails, a nature park, fishing, tennis, churches, monasteries, museums, rivers, lakes, amusement parks, and romantic cities like Passau, Regensburg, and Prague.



Energy costs (gas, electricity, water) are charged according to consumption. Upon departure, the house will be checked by the cleaning staff. Final cleaning is available on site for an additional fee. We look forward to welcoming you.
