"Lena" Accessible Apartment with a Medical Bed

Our lovingly renovated vacation barn, featuring 4 vacation apartments, is located in the heart of a rural Flemish circular village between Leipzig and Berlin. Here you can relax, meet friends, and forget the stresses of everyday city life. From the spacious, covered terrace (15 m²), you can enjoy views of a romantic pond and a small church. 2,000 m² of meadow surrounding the barn provide space for sports and games (soccer goals, ping-pong table, badminton) for young and old alike. For the little ones, there’s a small sandbox and a nest swing. You can comfortably watch all of this from the terrace! Currently, the complex (3 apartments) can accommodate 15 guests. The spacious apartment, at approximately 50 m², is particularly suitable for people with mobility impairments. In addition to the double bed, the bedroom features a nursing bed that can also be converted into a standard bed. The bathroom is wheelchair-accessible. A room measuring approximately 30 m² inside the barn also offers smaller groups the opportunity to host, for example, a yoga retreat or relaxation seminars. This space can be booked separately. Even on cooler days, you can spend a few pleasant hours in the cozy kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a TV, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, French press coffee maker, and a small selection of basic supplies such as flour, sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, and a few spices. Just arrive and feel right at home! Standard features include underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, and insect screens. A charcoal grill and a fire pit are available on the property. Our small barrel sauna can be used upon request. Nearby you’ll find Lutherstadt Wittenberg with its numerous cultural monuments, the Bauhaus city of Dessau, and the Wörlitz Garden Realm. But for nature-loving visitors as well, the Flämingskate area around Jüterbog or the Jessen vineyards along the Black Elster offer cyclists and hikers plenty of open space to relax.
