Todo estupendo,tanto recepción como los demaa componente del hotel restaurante limpiza de habitaciones muy amables y atentos a proporcionarte un grata estancia en el hotel, hemos estado 3 noche y todo fantástico,nos recibio en recepción la señorita arze ,muy amable y atenta, espero haber escrito bien el nombre, me alegro que varios componentes de recepción hablasen español,tambien resaltar que el domingo teniamos que regresar muy temprano al aeropuerto y nos prepararon unos desayunos para llevar ,gracias a todos si tengo que volver a Zagreb seguro que volveré al hotel dubrovnik.

El personal es amable y colaborador, desafortunadamente el hotel presenta muchas deficiencias que no permiten disfrutar tu estadía al máximo, ejemplo: aire acondicionado en mal estado, limpieza de habitaciones, servicios básicos de la habitación. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, pero el descuido del mismo son inmediatamente evidentes cuando te hospedas, por lo que en una próxima visita a Zagreb, no seleccionaría este hotel.

En principio me confirmaron que me enviarían un taxi y no fue así. Llegue y no había nadie esperando por mi. Al llegar y contarle al de la recepción dijo que estaba solo y que ya no podía resolver. La habitación fue terrible, súper sucia y la cama más pequeña en que he dormido. Las fotos son muy engañosas con respecto a la realidad.

It was very clean and the smell in the common areas was like being in the forest (pure and refreshing) Breakfast Buffett wast top of the line with everything fresh and incredible variety Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful Great location I would improve the TV in the rooms to smart TV’s Other than that, it was excellent, outstanding, 5 stars, I highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, got free parking, there is no onsite parking , it’s 2 mins walk but the hotel staff helped me with my luggage. All were very friend. The free breakfast has many options. The rooms are bit small , other than that we enjoyed the stay here.

The location was very good and easy to access a variety of sites to visit. The staff are amiable and very kind. The santation was not perfect but adequate. In total, I was satisfied with it.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. They helped me get a cab to go back at the airport ( as most hotel do) but they prepared a little breakfast "to go" since it was too earlier to go to the restaurant !

I was there for 2 nights, I did not have any hot water for the second night as well as the morning after. On the day that I was checking out someone opened my room's door even though I had my card in the proper place and it was showing that it was occupied. When I rushed to the door to see who was there I did not find anyone or any cleaning carts. For the price I payed i expected at least to have hot water. The parking lot was hard to find as well specially if you follow google maps to get to the hotel.

Hervorragend geeignet für einen Zagreb Städtetrip, Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Markt, der langen Fressmeile mit unterschiedlichen Lokalen sowie zur Shoppingmeile.

I and Staff members could not lower the temp from 24 degree. AC did not work all three nights. We had terrible and most uncomfortable stay ever!!!

The hotel was close to everything. The staff were extremely helpful. The shower worked perfect. The breakfast included was amazing. I was amazed the hotel overlooked the beautiful main square.

Car Park Users beware! The car park is not near the hotel, not secure, not well lit and surrounded by building works. A junkie materialised out of nowhere begging for money. We didn’t feel out car was safe. Expedia said they would cancel and refund the booking and to go and book another hotel. We did and after two days Expedia said the hotel refused to give the refund. Go stay at The Esplanade. It’s fabulous!

최고의 위치
구시가에 가장 가까운 위치의 호텔이 아닐까 함. 아쉽게도 리셉션 직원들은 무뚝뚝함. 치솔, 면도기, 빗, 비데 구비 안됨(크로아티아는 다 그런듯). 나머지 어메니티, 시설 좋음. 조식도 깔끔하고 훌륭. 관광을 위해 처음 자그레브를 방문한다면, 최고의 선택임.

The location is great- right around the corner from the square, and within walking distance from all the holiday festivities that were up during December. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. The front lobby is modern and upgraded, which is the complete opposite of the room. It was dark, cramped, outdated, and not clean. Having the lobby look so nice and ample but the room not match the aesthetic creates a deceiving impression. I would have not cared as much if the room was clean - I kept finding hairs that were not mine, even after the room would be freshened up by their team in the mornings. The room was dusty, bathroom fixtures were dirty, and the stand in shower would pool water at the bottom, making it hard to shower.
