Fin lägenhet med härlig balkong att sitta med morgonkaffet eller ett glas vin till kvällen 😊 Fullt utrustat kök om man vill tillaga en del mat själv. Stället överträffade mina förväntningar.

Such a pleasure to host and welcome guests from so far away! Lovely, easy going, great communicators and took such great care of the apartment. I would happily welcome them back anytime and of course, recommend to any future host

Beautiful Zadar and a great place to explore
Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week

All we needed for a short stay!
We only stayed at Rotim Apartments for one night. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, WiFi was good, parking was easy and the host (even though she only spoke a little bit of German) was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was that the location was further away from the Old Town of Zadar than we had expected. But if you don't mind a good half hour walk, then Rotim Apartment is a good choice.

Very easy to communicate with, they looked after my home as if it were their own. Everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommended to other hosts.

OUTSTANDING APARTMENT!
Enjoyed our stay. Apartment extremely clean, nice decor, comfortable, and it has everything we needed. The Host was easy to communicate with and available. Location was a stroll to the nearest beach. Easy access by bus or taxi to the center of town. Market and restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

Lovely apartment, clean, nice views and garden. Plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants. Central to local peninsula and old town.

I have enjoyed hosting Martin. I think Martin is such a kind person. Our experience was smooth from the beginning to the end. I hope to have the opportunity to host Martin again!
