Welcome to the modernly furnished and newly built Aura Apartment, a 65 m² ground-floor apartment located in an excellent location in the heart of Zadar. The apartment is ideal for up to 6 guests (4+2) and offers the perfect combination of comfort, functionality, and proximity to all important amenities.



The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two separate single beds. The living room also includes a sofa bed for two additional guests. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year.



The spacious open-plan area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances for a carefree holiday, including a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. The living room features a TV and direct access to a terrace/garden area with outdoor seating – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or relaxing with a drink on warm summer evenings.



The modern bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. Guests also have access to free WiFi and two private parking spaces.



One of the apartment’s greatest advantages is its location – situated in the city itself, restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions are all within easy reach.
