"エアコンが使えない部屋に案内されましたが、家族が熱中症で疲れていた為、事情を組んでくれてわざわざリビングを開けてくれました。 終始家族を気遣って頂き対応してくれたおかげで、翌日は楽しく観光ができました。 最後まで親切な対応に感謝しています。この度はありがとうございました。 また一人でも利用したいとおもっていますのでその際はよろしくお願いします。"
