"Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly."

"Overall property was as presented. The reason for my 4 star rating is we arrived at 4:50pm (c/in was posted as 4pm), & the cleaning crew was there & surprised by our arrival. She stated “she didn’t know this was a turnover”. Anyhow we had to wait in the car out front while she finished after a 8hr drive. I did contact host, & she said she would contact the cleaning service , but no other follow up after the fact."
