"I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining...

"Went for a weekend getaway and it was amazing. I always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this being my first one I stayed in, I wouldn’t change a single thing! The host was amazing and super communicative. Very nice! The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There was hot chocolate for those cold nights and plenty of food options nearby in downtown grass valley. We brought food back after exploring and the host had everything we needed for a good evening meal. The tv was a little small...

"I enjoyed the country feel being on the outskirts of the city. The house is modern, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It is well designed to maximize the space. Many nice touches. I especially enjoyed looking out the window at the hummingbirds using the feeder while I worked.."

"I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again."
