"The checking was easy & staff were friendly, The room is up 2 flights of stairs, it is very dated & could do with some tlc. The walls had splatter & marks where something had run down them & the bathroom was dirty in the corner. We couldn't get any hot water from the taps so used the kettle which didn't turn itself off. "Very good value. Excellent parking. Staff friendly and helpful when available. Bed comfortable and clean. The fan worked well but lacked its remote control. WiFi signal in the (courtyard) room weak. A smart television with streamer access and stations beyond Freeview would have been appreciated. "Great location for the waterfalls, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There is a nice restaurant attached to the Hotel drinks are expensive but the food is reasonable, not the quickest service but if you are not in a rush it's fine. The bath could do with updating and a plug in the sink didn't fit well (put a flannel round plug fitted ok) Having a lot of work done to the front which will be nice when finished."

"Spa very good, restaurant service good, staff pretty friendly. Booked 3 hotel rooms, one overlooking golf course had tremendous views, two facing a brick wall and lots of weeds pretty uninspiring. Plenty of parking and easy to find."
