You can also discover good cafes and half-timbered houses. The seafront promenade and the fine beach east of the center invite you to walk in any season and to swim in the summer. Around Ystad there are bikeable paths, so you can get to nice destinations by bike. Visit Ales Stenar in Kåseberga, experience medieval times at Glimmingehus Castle, the beach at Sandhammaren and Hagestads Nature Reserve. Golfers will find several golf courses here.
