Had never been to NM and somehow I was lucky enough enough to find this treasure. It is isolated, a beautiful location, near plenty of things that my wife and I wanted to enjoy and the house had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub under the stars was perfect and the tv and Wi-Fi worked great (don’t want to be too isolated 😁). We enjoyed hiking and horseback riding at Ghost Ranch, Los Alamos was a great history refresher and Bandelier was another history and hiking experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Words cannot truly explain the breathtaking location and views from this property- you really have to see it for yourself! A bald eagle soaring over welcomed us on the first day.

We spent Thanksgiving week here and had an amazing time. The views were out of this world. Gordon's place is a little piece of paradise and we can't wait to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake more.

One of the most beautiful places on earth. Incredible views from a lovely home. House is situated perfectly to enjoy the landscape that inspired O’Keefe. Gordon is a wonderful host. He makes you feel comfortable and provides all amenities necessary for a relaxing stay. We will be back.

This was hands down the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The view was incredible, home was clean and comfortable, location was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed! Add in the hot tub and it was perfection! Gordon has a magical property and we are so thankful he’s willing to share the experience with others!

The panoramic views from every window in the home really are spectacular! Comfortable seating on each patio allows for enjoying the outside from sunrise to sunset and provides a terrific place to enjoy the gorgeous night sky. Gordon makes guests feel welcome and works to accommodate special requests. His home never disappoints.

The location is remote and beautiful. The house inside is very nice and wonderfully decorated, but some of the furniture is starting to show its age - particularly the beds and pillows could be upgraded. We were unlucky to be there on an extremely windy weekend, so were not able to enjoy being outside like we would have liked. If there is a non windy season in NM I would recommend visiting then…just bad luck for us.

We had a wonderful week! Gordon was very helpful and responded quickly every time we tried to reach him. The directions were clear and everything was as advertised or better! The house was clean and beautiful! We loved having an extra bathroom, an ice maker and so many windows. Our favorite thing was easily the hot tub. We spent many hours in it watching the wildlife, the stars and the snow. We will certainly be back and hopefully for longer than a week!

Absolutely beautiful view! Be ready to be mesmerized by the beauty surrounding you! Star gazing is out of this world. The home is cozy, the beds are comfy and you have everything you need to prepare a meal. Loved the remote setting. Definitely a place to unplug from the world. Hot tub was amazing and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Although more than I normally pay for a vacation rental, every cent was worth it! The remote Location, the views, the peace and quiet, the well appointed home made my short weekend with my favorite sister and our favorite friend just 100% perfect. Gordon was very amenable to our check in/check out requests. Sometimes communication with him was a bit delayed, but Always thorough. The Wi-Fi worked, but seemed slow and minimal. But that was perfect for our desires as it was a weekend to unplug and connect with each other. A great place to be! Very clean, very comfortable, very beautiful
