"The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! "

"I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting.
