One bathroom offers accessibility-friendly features, including a roll-in shower, grab bars & wheelchair-height vanity with roll-under clearance. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home, including all interior spaces and outdoor areas. You’ll also enjoy access to the community’s shared wellness amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym, all within walking distance. Entry is simple with a private keypad code provided prior to arrival.

Please remember this is a residential community with both full-time and visiting neighbors. We ask guests to respect quiet hours, community rules and surrounding properties throughout their stay.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Please use Google Maps only, as other navigation services may provide unreliable routes on mountain roads. Mountain roads may be winding, narrow or steep in places, so please drive carefully, especially after dark or during inclement weather. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the designated gravel areas at the home. Street parking is not permitted at any time.
