This is a nice property. The interior was clean, kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable, there is a 'game' room in the garage for entertainment, however it can only be accessed through an exterior garage door. We arrived when it has snowed recently, so unable to really see the outside deck or use the BBQ. The stairs to the house entry were covered with ice. Wish if could have been shoveled off before arriving. Ended up doing it ourselves, as we did not want to carry luggage up slippery stairs. The Property Manager was reasonably accessible for questions/concerns. Overall a nice property and would stay there again.

Highly recommend staying here. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 kids for a weekend in March. The house itself is extremely clean and well laid out with plenty of space for everyone. It comes with all the cooking amenities you could need. The host is very communicative and we had no issues while here. The house is inside Yosemite park so is very easy to explore the park and valley from. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Here’s a polished, enthusiastic version you can post:Book this location — you will not regret it!The cabin and views are absolutely amazing. It’s beautifully maintained, well stocked, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Everything about the space made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip.What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. The host and housekeeper had an incredibly fast response time and treated us better than we’ve ever been treated at a Vrbo. Our contact with them wasn’t even about the cabin — it was due to weather and vehicle issues — and they immediately stepped up and went above and beyond any expectations. They truly saved our vacation.Jimmy and Maria are as amazing as Yosemite National Park itself. If we’re lucky enough to return, we will 100% book this place again!

We wanted to love the place and it has many nice elements but we were seriously disappointed by a couple items-1)the layout- the “game room” is set up in the garage and is only accessible via the garage door and not inside the house , which is not practicable in cold weather and felt like an after thought despite being promoted as a key feature. We paid a premium and the house itself is clean and nicely stocked but this was disappointing. 2) Bugs. we spent the last night having to deal with almost a dozen wasps and yellow jackets that came into the house. Out whole family had to sleep downstairs because we found 4 wasps in the upstairs bathroom alone. It’s a generally nice place and the manager was relatively responsive but overall it was not what we expected.

We had an amazing stay at this Yosemite cabin! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The location was perfect — inside Yosemite National Park and just about a 30-minute drive to Yosemite Valley. Our kids especially loved the game room, which kept them entertained after long days of hiking and exploring. Highly recommend this cabin for families looking for a convenient and relaxing base for their Yosemite adventure!

Location, location, location. Yosemite West is right on the middle of Yosemite valley and Mariposa Grove. Glacier Point was close by so we drive up there twice. The house had a spacious kitchen, family room and dining area. We spent most of evening dinners on the side patio. After dusk you will need big spray. The kiddos like playing the games in the garage. The garage didn’t have entrance inside the house. You have to come thru the side or front door. So we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the youngsters down there by themselves. The master on the main floor was perfect for our family that had two little ones. The two bedrooms upstairs were comfy but we all had to take turns in the one bath upstairs. There is a loft with a pull out couch that would be ok for a teen. There is a closet but no privacy.

Amazing place! We can’t wait to stay again. I think power outages are a common occurrence in the park. Suppose people who stay in Yosemite often know this and are prepared. A helpful tip is bring a large cooler filled with ice.We had a couple outages but the first time - the management responded immediately and brought us a cooler and ice at 10:30 at night. Management is outstanding. This is a five star rental all the way!

Location, bones and kitchen of place are great! Garage play area is fun, space is tremendous and location is very convenient for Glacier, Sequoias and Valley. Just for awareness furniture can use a little updating and the beds beyond 8 adults are more cots/pull-outs.

Staying in Yosemite Park is the best idea I have had all year :-)

The location of this property is amazing! You are 30 minutes from the Mariposa Sequoia Grove. And 30 minutes from the Yosemite Valley. No need to wait in lines to get in and out of the park. We saw a bear from the back deck as well as some deer. The neighbors around were quiet. While I prefer something that feels a little more homey than a rental, like this one does, it fit all of our needs.

Excellent Location in Yosemite

The house was clean, the location was beautiful and its proximity to Yosemite cannot be beat. The only part that we didn’t like, was the game room appears to be in a basement, but it’s actually in a garage and the kids didn’t want to go down and hang out in a garage. I would still go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Stay in Yosemite

Great property! Plenty of space which is important when traveling with a large group. The kitchen was very well stocked complete with labels on drawers so you know where to find things. The kids loved the arcade game in the garage and the loft created a nice little space for them to hang out as well. Overall just a great property in an outstanding location. The home is inside Yosemite national Park so you can avoid long lines to get into the park and only about 30 mins to Yosemite Valley. Highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family of five, including all adult kids. We spent the week hiking, climbing, and having fun. We were even treated to a family of bears dining on grubs in the backyard for a few minutes at sunset. The house was well stocked, clean, and had everything that was promised. The rental team was easy to work with. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Nice Cabin very close to Yosemite

We Stayed in late May and enjoyed the location near the Park. Everything is within 20-25 minutes. The cabin was clean, but we were a little disappointed by the condition of some couches. They could do well to offer more dish soaps, detergent and more towels and paper towels. There were no night stands or drawers in the master bedroom. All in all, it was a solid 4 star but needs a little more for a 5 star rating.

Yosemite get away

Our visit to Yosemite was perfect - great weather, beautiful scenery and great accommodations at Patrick's beautiful A-frame cabin in Yosemite West. After a long day of hiking in the park, it was wonderful to come home to comfortable beds, stunning views through the two-story living room windows and the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever encountered in a VRBO property. Yosemite delight

This amazing home was just what our family of needed after busy adventures in the National Park. It is about a 30 minute drive down into the valley from the house, and was it was easy to go to the valley daily and come back to the house and relax. It was quiet, clean, and had plenty of room for us to make dinner, play games and relax. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and we were able to feel like we were really getting away from city life during our stay there. I would definitely recommend this lovely home. Beautiful house, beautiful view, nice kitchen, clean and comfortable, great location!Nice surprise with beautiful snow around the area while the Yosemite Valley floor had none snow at all, kids really enjoy playing with the white fresh snow a lot, they had a great time.
