"Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area."

Only small grumble would be the showers regularly change from nice temperature to freezing, then boiling hot,, but easy enough to judge and suck out of, once you get used to the timing. Very friendly staff and for the first two days, was reminded to contact them if I needed anything. After the first two days, I didn't see any staff members to ask, but there was a phone number provided to call. The reception area was never manned.
