"A great welcome from a wonderful family run hotel. We stayed in room 12 the 4 of us in a family room. Shower was good & the room ample, the beds comfy, linen fresh & clean. The breakfast is AMAZING !!! Very close to the seafront. The hosts are lovely people & Molly the dog is soft & friendly. Thanks for a great stay! We will be returning again soon! 👍👍"

Lo único malo fue que llegamos después de las 4 y ya no había nadie para abrirnos. Nos habían mandado un mensaje que nos darían las instrucciones para entrar y nada. "Wow! We wanted to stay somewhere walkable to York city centre that also had parking for our hire car and Monkbridge exceeded all our expectations. The warm and informative welcome, the comfortable and beautifully renovated rooms, the cooked to order breakfast, the overall service and all the little extras and touches made our 2 night stay amazing. Thanks so much to our hard working hosts who have also painstakingly restored the building into an amazing B&B! "

"Upon arrival we were met by the friendly receptionist who took us to our room and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was modern , comfortable and spotlessly clean . The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of Ripon and free parking was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent . The breakfast in the morning as superb . I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely visit again for a day at Ripon races "

"It was a very good stay. Since we entrence the main door, we felt very welcome for being there. The room was perfect, clean, cozy and with a view that can not be more better. Jo was very hospitable, attentive, and gave us amazing recommendation on what to do there. It was our first time but not the last time. But, we know that we’ll stay for sure in Miricia, again. "The room was fine but we had a problem with water leaking through the ceiling. It happened twice while we where there. The first time I called them to tell them what happened and they came to sort it out; but when I called the second time, they didn’t come to apologise for it or to see if we need needed anything. They should have checked if we needed something or how bad it was. Really disappointed in that aspect."
