Beautiful home -close to beach, town and lighthouse

Stayed for a week at this beautiful home. Our well behaved doodles joined us and had a wonderful time running on the beach in the early am and after 6 pm. The views from the 3 decks are stunning. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture while taking in the amazing ocean views. The home is well appointed and the hosts are nearby and friendly. The home is walking distance to short sands beach, Nubble Lighthouse and cute town of York. Ogunquit and Kennebunkport were a quick drive. It was great to walk over to Fox’s for lobster rolls and Dunnes for Ice Cream. We would definitely stay again.

It’s Perfect!

This is a beautiful home and property. It has everything you would need and is laid out in a way that there is a beautiful view from every window. Rick and Bruce are quick to respond, accommodating and very kind. If you are on the fence, don’t be. It’s worth it.

Stunning Views

The moment we entered the front door of the property we were in awe of the magnificent view. It was beyond any expectation that we had. We spent many hours on the 3 decks. The house was beautiful as well. No issues with parking. The property manager was very pleasant . Only small issue was with the tv in the master bedroom which the property manager tried to repair. The location is very convenient as well.

Great stay right on the ocean

This was our second time at the property. Everything was just as wonderful as the first. The freezer kept on leaking but spoke with the property manager to keep him in the loop. Location is great and house lovely as always!

Simply fantastic in every way!

This is an outstanding oceanfront property! The home is laid out in the best possible way to afford wonderful unobstructed ocean views from everywhere! The large open kitchen is a cook's dream with every convenience at your fingertips - a wonderful gas stove, microwave, drip and k-cup coffeepots, utensils, and serviceware. The dining room comfortably seated the five of us. The living area is spacious and beautifully appointed. Each bedroom has its own deck facing the sea and the master bedroom also has a jacuzzi and fireplace. This is a "pet friendly" property, but there was no indication that animals had ever been in the place - a real plus! Suffice it to say, we were delighted with every aspect of this wonderful place. Rick was a terrific host, providing complimentary water and soft drinks and responding very quickly to my communications. You can walk to town and the beach, and other activities (Cliff Walk, The Wiggly Bridge, golf, Ogunquit) are only a short drive away. What a perfect vacation.

Spectacular home, we'll be back...

My family stayed here for the second year in a row; and it was perfect again. The location, layout, decor, furnishings, and amenities were all superb. We brought our clothes and groceries - everything else you could need or want is there. We cannot wait to go back.

Unobstructed 270 degree ocean views!

This house at the end of a small quiet lane was a perfect setting for our family to unwind. The Boardwalk is a pretty 10-15 minute walk from the house. The best part were the decks with gorgeous 270 degree views and the sounds of waves breaking on the rocks. House is well-stocked and very comfortable.

Unbeatable views

Place was appointed beautifully as was the other one of Rick’s properties previously rented. The property manager is great! The check in process was a little tricky since we didn’t know which unit belonged to us. Also, no full sized dinner plates were tough to navigate a lobster. Small details but overall a lovely stay!

We had a slight confusion in the very beginning on which house # was ours but called Bruce, the property manager who picked up right away and was very friendly and helpful! The house was great. We loved the kitchen :-) The views on the top deck were wonderful. Short walk to the beach which was great with two little kids. We already booked again for next year! Thank you Rick and Bruce :-)

Perfection

Pictures simply do not do this property justice. We have stayed in many house rentals on vacations with our family, and this one truly felt like home. We had the BEST week and such a relaxing stay here. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The kitchen was as well-stocked as our own- knives were sharp, pans were in great condition, and anything we needed was there! Bathrooms were like brand new and even included spa-like toiletries! The towels were soft and gleaming white. The linens on the beds were comfortable, and the mattresses were also. We slept great! The rental included beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and even a small bag of beach toys. There were even complimentary sodas and Pellegrino in the fridge waiting for us. This house is in the perfect location to discover York. You can walk to the lighthouse for views, dinner, and ice cream, or walk into town and the beaches. My only wish is that there were deck boxes to store outdoor cushions because it rained a few times and we missed out on morning coffee on the deck after that. On days when the cushions were dry, we could sit out there for hours. Thank you for taking such pride in your rental, and expect to see us again!

York Beach Perfection

Beautiful spacious house with a stupendous ocean view! Stunning sunrises and sunsets! The house was very clean, outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay, with top quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. So close go beaches and town (walking). We hope to return!
