    ¡Ubicación céntrica de estreno en la playa!
    Cocina recientemente remodelada, muy limpia y cómoda cabaña! Cocina de concepto abierto / sala de estar, terraza acristalada grande para obtener una lectura tranquila o una siesta. y un amplio patio ajardinado y terraza. Estacionamiento en la calle para 3 autos. 2 camas de matrimonio, 2 camas individuales y futón. Cocina totalmente equipada, parrilla de gas y mesa y sillas al aire libre. Ducha exterior, calle privada, patio seguro para que jueguen los niños.
    Wi-fi y televisión por cable siempre. Lavadora y secadora y aire acondicionado también. Las camas tienen mantas y almohadas, no se incluyen sábanas ni fundas de almohadas.

Best of everything! Off the beaten path enough for quiet but close enough to Long Sands Beach! All the amenities you could want. Very comfortable home. Good communication with Mike, the host.

House was just as described and shown. The walk to the beach was quick even for the kids. Overall it was a great stay, Mike was great and we hope to be back again soon! Highly recommend!

House was very clean. Very convenient to the beach and local shops. Parking was great. Mike was prompt to answer some questions I had. If I could more stars I would. We will definately stay here again

Lovely stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property for the family vacation. Just like the description bright,clean and great location.Out door shower was fantastic Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very welcoming and right in the vicinty.Great property.

House was clean and matched the listing in terms of amenities and features. I went with just my two adult sisters so no kids this time but I think my kids would have had a great time here. Hoping to come back next time we’re up visiting my dad.

Long Sand stay

Lovely, clean and well stocked rental. Walking distance to Long Sands. Beds were comfy and house had everything we needed. Sweet deck and outside shower in back. Plenty of space for parking and attractively decorated. Would love to go back.

Great 2 night stay

We usually get a hotel room when visiting York for a couple days but thought seeing we were with our grandchildren we would try a house. We were so happy with the house, location, and communication with the host. The house was very clean, it is walking distance from the beach but in a quiet setting and when we had a question, the host responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

We got full value for what we paid. The place was like new, the fans and thermostat, everything stocked in the kitchen and bathroom were exactly what we needed. The oven takes a little longer than my own. Careful with the grate on the bathroom floor, it seems a bit loose. There were five or so small ants that came out behind the sink, but that is totally normal for a ground-floor unit. Keep calm and carry on.

Quiet property

This property is located in a very quiet side road away from people and traffic. It has all the comforts of home most people would be looking for. Mike is a very communicative host. If we were ever to come back to York Beach we would hope this property would be available.

July 24 stay

This house is well-appointed and in a great location, and the owner is easily available for any concerns or issues. I recommend it highly, with the possible caution that all entrances into the house do involve a few steps, so if that is a concern, please plan accordingly. Everything you need is on-sight or available nearby and I would not hesitate to book here again!
