  • Perfect city centre location, this beautiful 3 bedroom property has been tastefully decorated to a high standard, In a prime location off the popular Fossgate area with upmarket bars and restaurants on your door step. The property sleeps 5 guests comfortably and has 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, the property offers a very large living area with smart TV and a kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher there is a dining table so you can enjoy meals together. The master bedroom has a king size bed with En suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has 1 single bed.

Brilliant location, fantastic property, could not be more convenient. Our stay was spoiled slightly by drunken yobs shouting for a long time and until very late one night - as the apartment is on a busy footfall road.

Central Location close to everything

Fantastic apartment on Fossgate so close to everything that York has to offer. We had everything we needed for a great few days sight seeing York and we will return sometime in the future .Very clean and welcoming Check in instructions were very clear and parking was such a bonus

Perfect

This was the perfect apartment for our friends weekend away. So spacious, spotlessly clean, well appointed and in a perfect location. Everything was on our doorstep and despite being located on a bus route, was comfortably quiet at night. We’ve had such a great trip that we are already looking to book again. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend some time in this beautiful city.

Amazing place to stay

The location is absolutely perfect. Everything you could need right on your doorstep. Easy access to attractions. The apartment is spacious and very clean. York Boutique Lets are very helpful. This was our second time staying and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Exactly what you need

We were a very short notice booking after being let down in a different accommodation. Lydia in the office was extremely accommodating, arranging an early check in and a late check out for us. The place was easy to find and access as the instructions were so clear. It's not one of those interesting, medieval buildings but it is clean, warm and in a very central location. I'd stay here again.

Perfect from start to finish

From booking we were given instructions on the property and contact details. It was easy to find and very clear instructions on how to get in. The accommodation was amazing clean and spacious and was good value for money. We were staying as part of our reenactment at York Roman festival but would definitely book again for a holiday or weekend away.

Excellent stay in York

We had a wonderful stay at the Malt Shovel in York. The location is fantastic—just a short 4-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the sights. Great place

Location is fabulous on a great street with little bars and lovely restaurants. We loved the location and added bonus of free parking. Clean and homely with everything we needed . Had an issue with heating and hosts sorted it out straight away very impressive ! Thanks for a great stay .

perfect location

This property is located in the perfact place just a two minuite walk away from the centre of york. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants on its doorstep also. The place is equipt with everything we needed andmore it was also left very clean for us. If we return to york we will definitley stay here again due to the location, cleanliness and friendly host.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is just lovely, elegantly decorated with lovely small touches. Easy walk into everything York has to offer especially all the restaurants that are close by. Very well equipped, kitchen has all the things you need if you want to stay in. The bathrooms were great, loads of hot water and lovely soft big bath sheets. All the linen was fresh and clean. Also very clear, easy to follow instructions and a parking space with good access to the apartment. We loved it and will be going back. Highly recommend.

Lovely well appointed apartment within walking distance of the heart of York. Only one car park space, could have done with access to a 2nd.
