Perfect place

Fabulous house, 4 couples stayed and it worked really well plenty of space and very luxurious. Great location only short walk from station and close to shops and city centre would highly recommend. Louise was a great host very helpful ⭐️

Friends reunion

The house was perfect for our friends reunion. It is very close to the railway station and the town. The place has everything you need and is a beautiful well kept house. If you want to visit York then this property is ideal.

The highlight of our family vacation

Traveling throughout the UK, this accommodation was the one we loved the most! The location can’t be any better; it was just the right distance to be close to everything yet still quiet through the night. The house was gorgeous, with lots of natural light and comfortable for all six of us. Louise was very responsive to all my inquiries and is a extremely gracious hostess. We all would highly recommend Louise and this property to anyone looking to stay in York. Absolutely a 5+ star experience.

Amazing time!

We had the best time at Louise's house in York! This house was so beautiful, clean, beautifully updated and so well-appointed. It was the perfect size for our family (kids on 3rd floor, grown-ups on 2nd floor, comfortable living quarters on the first floor). We were relaxed and comfortable the whole time. The house was within walking distance to everything in York and the pub down the street was wonderful (location and beer!). I would highly recommend this as the ideal rental for anyone looking for a local rental in York.

Wonderful home!

This was such a fabulous stay. York is a charming town and this beautiful home embodies the same charm. It is very thoughtfully laid out and decorated. Brilliant stay and amazing location

We had a wonderful stay here - the house was beautifully decorated and had the perfect location in the heart of York just a short walk from the main sights, restaurants and shops. Excellent city break getaway

This lovely town house has everything that is required including a superb and surprisingly quiet location. It is in the heart of the city with all the life that you would expect, shopping, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. No parking facility but to be honest we booked our car into a car park nearly a mile away ( for cost reasons) as a car is not really required at this location.

Wonderful

The house is beautifully presented with everything you could ask for, and a welcome pack which was a lovely surprise. The location is perfect - just a 5 minute walk from the bridge into the centre and easy walking to the station. We had a lovely time and couldn't fault this property. We'll be back!
