This is a brand new apartment building, and could be really nice, but the support service is poor. I had to call at the airport to find out about the check in process, because no one e-mailed me back. VRBO e-mail system did not work for this property. No one explained simple things like how to work the lock on the front door. This lock is different than any lock in the United States. Poor cooking utensils. Slippery tub with no grab bars in the bathroom. No one explained or left instructions on how to use the oven or washer. Bathroom handheld shower head was loose. Drain was clogged with hair. No instructions on how to check out and no one calls back within an acceptable time to answer questions. Batteries in the thermostat did not work. Heat in the first apartment did not work, so we were moved to a second apartment where the batteries in the thermostat were bad. Furniture looks nice, but uncomfortable. These apartments need a woman's touch or someone who knows how to reproduce the comforts of home. Would not stay here again until major changes made, especially with the service end of things. Felt like we were on our own in this apartment. No one knew how to answer our questions.
