This property is absolutely amazing. Emily our host was thorough, kind, and extremely responsive to questions. The decorations have been updated and are even nicer than the photos. Spotless, had everything we needed, quiet, and easy to access. My family will stay here in the future.

Everything you need , excellent owner!

This condo is the perfect location right on Short Sands Beach. It has everything you need with all the comforts of home. Emily is super quick to respond to any questions or concerns and immediately takes action to resolve any issues. This will hopefully be a place we return to in the coming years!

Atlantic House and Emily are the perfect hosts

We have been staying at the Atlantic House for over ten years. This was our first stay with Emily on the 4th floor and from the moment we booked, she was gracious and available for anything we needed. We did forget to leave the key card for the parking lot which was a HUGE hassle for her but eventually Fedex got it back to her and all is well now. We will definitely be staying again.

We really enjoyed staying at the York Beach apt. It was really spacious and comfortable. Emily was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location of the apartment and proximity to parking was perfect for our 4 night stay. We would stay there again.

Vacation at York Beach

Great spot, close to Short Sands beach and an easy walk to food drinks and shopping. The condo was perfect for 2 couples and it came with a parking pass!. Would highly recommend this property.

Great in town condo

We had a great time at this in-town condo, steps from the beach. Lots of local restaurants and things to do, in addition to the beach of course. Love the park and basketball courts too Whole family enjoyed our stay!

Amazing beach location

This was an awesome rental for beach proximity. It was literally two minutes to walk to the beach so very easy to go back and forth with our two small kids. Lots of stores within walking distance. We parked our car at the beginning of the trip and didn’t go near it again until we left. We would definitely come here again!

Beautiful condo in center of downtown Short Sands

All of the amenities were provided, right down to fresh flowers in vases and our Host gladly answered inquiries promptly. Neighbors were loud one particular night but that can happen anywhere. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Emily!

Perfect!

Everything about this property was perfect from communication with Emily prior to our arrival until our trip ended. Emily was immediately responsive, the condo was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen tools, coffee, paper products, toiletries, towels and linens - and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal - restaurants, shops, ice cream, liquor store, and the beach all within a very short walking distance. This place is a gem and I cannot say enough about Emily (and her lovely parents who met us to hand off the keys to the condo ;)). We will definitely be back again!

Perfect getaway

I was a bit nervous when I first rented the property as it was a new listing with no reviews and seemed to good to be true. Luckily, it was as perfect as it seemed. Emily, the owner, was extremely responsive to my questions and so very pleasant to work with. It is perfectly located. Everything from the beach, shops and restaurants are within feet of the front door and the best ice cream I’ve ever had is in the lobby! We even watched fireworks from the living room. The unit itself was very clean, well appointed and stocked with anything you could want or need. We used it for a sisters getaway and had the perfect time. We will definitely return!
