"The room was fine but we had a problem with water leaking through the ceiling. It happened twice while we where there. The first time I called them to tell them what happened and they came to sort it out; but when I called the second time, they didn’t come to apologise for it or to see if we need needed anything. They should have checked if we needed something or how bad it was. Really disappointed in that aspect."

"I needed a place to stay for one night after an evening event in Scunthorpe. Gary and Sue were welcoming and most accommodating to my need for a late evening return. Good clean room with iron and tea made available. Well worth the money."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Townend Farm and Julie was extremely helpful booking a meal at the Tiger Inn and also giving us information about local bus services The breakfast was a really good standard and cooked perfectly . Our only concern was that the rooms were on the second floor with steep staircases which made it difficult to carry suitcases and to access the rooms.Perhaps it might be worth pointing out on the website Thankyou Julie for a lovely stay "
